As the stand-alone HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for a team of 140 staff. You will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives.
The successful person will maintain and enhance the organisations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Experience in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Strong skills in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in conducting performance reviews and managing employee performance.
- In-depth understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.
- Ability to lead and manage HR functions independently, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
