Barden is proud to be partnering with the CEO of a scaling Irish SME to appoint a commercially minded HR Manager. The HR Manager will take on a central leadership position, guiding the development and implementation of a People Strategy that is closely aligned with our clients business objectives.

“As our HR leader, this person will be instrumental in evolving our HR function from a compliance-based model to a strategic force that drives business value, nurtures culture, and fosters talent development. This individual will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation” – CEO.

If you are an experienced HR professional with a track record of being a catalyst for positive cultural and commercial change and in a scaling environment then we should talk.
