You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and play a key role in maintaining a strong financial control environment. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the Finance Team
- Oversee monthly close activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting and related analysis
- Deliver margin analysis, commercial insights, and monthly reports.
- Drive process improvements, support audits, and strengthen controls.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a ACA/ACCA trained accountant (or equivalent) with 4+ years post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced industry environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Proven experience managing or mentoring others
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
