This role is all about impact, partnering with teams across Europe, the US, and Asia to navigate corporate tax matters, drive compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
About the role
As International Tax Manager, you’ll be a key player in the finance organisation, working closely with senior leadership on a range of tax-related responsibilities. From corporate income and indirect tax compliance to transfer pricing and tax technology innovations, this role is built for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for transfer pricing documentation and compliance for EMEA & APAC
- Taking ownership for completion of quarterly and year-end tax accounting computations
- Leading direct tax compliance and supporting indirect tax compliance
- Advising on tax implications of special projects, including tax planning, M&A, and corporate initiatives
- Supporting and managing tax audits in relevant jurisdictions
About you
Ideally the Tax Manager will be a qualified Accountant (ACA or similar) and Tax Consultant (CTA or CTC) with approx. 5 years of experience in a large accounting firm or multinational organisation. The successful person will have international tax experience across corporate tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing (ideally experience in two or more of these areas).
