Based in Dublin, this role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team and be hands-on, supporting the rollout of cutting-edge pharmacy systems across Ireland.

About the Role:

Oversee a mix of on-premise, self-hosted, and cloud IT environments.
Lead and mentor a high-performing IT support team.
Ensure the smooth installation and support of our systems in pharmacies.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards and support audits like NIS2.
Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with company goals.

About the Person:

5+ years’ experience in IT operations management.
Expertise in networks, cloud computing, and system deployments.
Leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience managing system deployments and ensuring top-notch customer onboarding.
A genuine passion for technology.
