Barden is working in exclusive partnership with a rapidly growing software company founded just over a decade ago looking to hire its first in-house legal counsel, reporting into the CFO.
The company is headquartered in Cork but the role can be done fully remote from anywhere in Ireland.
This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The successful individual will help shape their own role and play an instrumental part in the company’s growth. At its core, the role will focus on commercial contracts negotiations. However, there is certainly scope to assist in other areas such as regulatory compliance, privacy, employment law, corporate governance, etc.

THE PERSON
- Qualified lawyer in Ireland with 4+ years’ PQE (more experienced candidates will equally be considered);
- Strong experience with drafting and negotiating technology/SaaS agreements;
- Experience working in a technology multinational at an international level is preferred, ideally dealing with US clients.
