Barden is partnering with a leading Irish organisation currently hiring a legal secretary/administrator to join the Legal team in Cork.
The position will be offered initially on a 12 months’ fixed term contract but there is potential for extension.
THE ROLE
Drafting, reviewing and managing standard legal documents such as NDA’s.
Coordinating the execution process for contracts and other legal documents.
Managing legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
Liaising with external counsel and service providers.
Providing other administrative support to the Legal team as required.
THE PERSON
Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal secretarial/administrator experience.
Strong IT skills, including on document management systems.
Fast and accurate typing.
Excellent communication skills, highly organised and strong attention to detail.
Full driving license.
