Barden is working with a boutique (and non-traditional) Dublin based law firm which is recruiting a LegalTech analyst/assistant to join its M&A team. The firm has invested in legal tech to transform how M&A transactions are run — streamlining diligence, document production, deal execution, and progress tracking.
The role will support the firm’s M&A deals from start to finish in using technology and structuring processes, freeing up the lawyers in the team to focus on legal advice. This is a career-track role with clear room for advancement as you master tools, spot inefficiencies, and take ownership of deal operations. Detailed job spec is available.
The successful individual will have experience in data entry, process execution, and structured document management, as well as an interest in legal tech and how automation can improve workflows. They will also have a task-oriented mindset, high attention to detail and consistency, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across complex M&A projects.
Experience in legal operations, compliance, or professional services is an advantage. However, this is a new and exciting career path, alternative to that of a paralegal, and so a legal background is not strictly required.
