Barden is supporting a well established Dublin City law firm with identifying a litigation solicitor to join the team, covering an upcoming maternity leave.
The ideal start date would be immediate or on short notice. The contract will run until the end of the year but there is potential for extension and/or permanency.
The firm is open to discussing a part-time role for very experienced solicitors who would be able to hit the ground running.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful individual will work on a very broad caseload, of which circa 50% is personal injuries insurance defence, as well as insolvency, commercial litigation, employment law disputes, medical negligence, arbitration, etc.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified Irish solicitor with a specialisation in some of the types of litigation mentioned above, ideally in insurance defence. However, the firm is also happy to consider solicitors with a plaintiff litigation background who are interested in gaining more exposure to defence work.
