Barden is partnering with a global professional services company currently seeking a Corporate/M&A lawyer to join their existing Legal team on a newly created role within EMEA, based in its Dublin offices and reporting into the Head of Legal.
The organisation has significant M&A activity in the pipeline within EMEA and in the US. This will be the only M&A focused lawyer this side of the Atlantic.
You will provide comprehensive legal support for all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Full job spec is available.
The successful individual will be a qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE in complex M&A transactions, corporate law and corporate governance.
