Barden is partnering on an exclusive basis with an expanding and extremely innovative Irish law firm currently opening new offices in Co. Kerry. The new offices have room for around 80 people and the firm will be increasing headcount significantly over the next year.
The firm is seeking a senior Solicitor to manage the new office’s daily operations and overseeing the delivery of the highest quality legal services. The role will involve the implementation of office policies, managing budgets and resources, managing client relationships and handling certain complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, managing the team effectively and fostering a positive working culture.

THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor with several years of experience.
- Proven experience managing a legal office or a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of legal practices.
- While there is no requirement for a specialisation in a particular area of law, expertise in Property/Conveyancing would be an advantage.
