The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for assembling Custom Single Run (CSR®) Disposable Containers (DC) according to detailed instructions and blueprints for the biopharmaceutical industry. This role involves managing a team of DC Manufacturing Technicians, assisting with manufacturing efforts, and working with industry-leading equipment in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
- Manage KPIs and lead a team of DC Manufacturing Technicians.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure product quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Increase productivity and follow SOPs and GDLs.
- Compile build documentation and adhere to clean environment standards.
- Use hand tools, fabricating equipment, and operate cranes/forklifts.
- Travel as needed and perform additional tasks.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
- Two years of experience in a clean environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and using hand tools.
- Proficient with the use of hand tools and basic fabrication tools.
- Experience in producing documentation that is subject to quality and customer audit.
