About The Role:
- Oversee multi-site WAN operations while collaborating effectively with third-party MSPs.
- Implement and maintain robust VPN solutions, firewalls and network security protocols.
- Lead critical infrastructure projects including network upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Balance BAU support (50%) with strategic project work (50%).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and compliance standards.
About The Person:
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience.
- Strong technical expertise with Cisco technologies, Azure cloud and firewall solutions.
- Proven experience managing distributed networks in retail or multi-site environments.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
