Barden are delighted to partner with a leading Investment Property company in Dublin looking for a Newly Qualified Accountant(0-2 years PQE) to join their team, in a Financial Modeling focused Financial Analyst role.
This is a permanent role, in Dublin City Centre, 5 days a week in the office. Well-known for Excellent Work Life Balance.
About The Role:
- Developing financial/appraisal models for investments;
- Preparing KPI and Board reports re: funding;
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts;
- Managing debt, cash and treasury processes;
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects.
About The Person:
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA – 0-2 Years PQE;
- Experience in Real Estate investment or development an advantage;
- A self-starter and motivated;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation;
- Strong excel and financial analysis/modeling experience.
