Barden is proud to be partnering with a leading global technology platform to support the appointment of an Operations Investigations Specialist based in Dublin.
This is a unique opportunity for an operations or risk professional to join a high-performing team, working on complex investigations and supporting the safety and integrity of a global user community.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining subject matter expertise to complete core work and escalations
- Educating users on security and safety practices
- Investigating complex situations and potential brand risks within high-volume queues
- Working with operational leads to support cross-functional groups in enhancing policies and tools
- Analysing account patterns and understanding risk systems
- Identifying and escalating trends and product vulnerabilities
- Performing investigations with high levels of confidentiality and comprehensive documentation
- Collaborating with external product vendors to enhance proactive and reactive risk detection
- Demonstrating sound judgment and sharing knowledge with peers
The Ideal Profile
- 1-2 years’ experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust & Safety
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with an ability to organise and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedules, including early morning, evening, or public holiday shifts as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain impartial and focused on fact-based investigations in sensitive situations
