About the Role
- Create high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Drive governance and structure—maintaining RAID logs, trackers and reporting packs
- Coordinate across workstreams, managing schedules, actions and deliverables
- Bring a PMO mindset to everything: consistency, discipline and attention to detail
- Support the Programme Lead with logistics, documentation and day-to-day operations
About the Person
You’re highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love structure and take pride in making things run smoothly. You’re comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and confident in your ability to bring clarity to complexity.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a PMO, project coordination or programme support role
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills—you know how to tell a story with data
- Experience working with governance frameworks, RAID logs and reporting tools
- A knack for juggling multiple priorities without missing a detail
