Reporting into senior leaders within a high-performing quality function, you’ll take ownership of cross-functional testing initiatives that cut across business and technical teams. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional testing initiatives with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Partner with business and technical teams to design comprehensive test plans and ensure requirements traceability.
- Drive meetings ranging from small working groups to large-scale stakeholder sessions, ensuring clarity of actions and accountability.
- Leverage automation to improve efficiency and quality in test preparation and execution.
- Manage resourcing, scheduling, and reporting to deliver successful outcomes on complex projects.
- Contribute to testing transformation by introducing innovative methodologies and best practices.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Significant experience leading testing/QA initiatives, particularly in planning and managing cross-functional testing.
- Strong understanding of different testing methodologies and proven ability to embed a quality-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Flexible, curious, and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with system/software architecture models and cross-project QA structures is an advantage.
Preferred: Background in SAP (including R/3 to S/4 HANA migration), supply chain/logistics testing, or freight/logistics providers. Relevant certifications (ISTQB, PMI, etc.) are highly desirable.
