Barden are partnering with a best in class renewable energy business as they seek a Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of renewable energy assets across South and West Ireland. This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including O&M providers, landowners, and system operators.
- Ensure assets meet safety, performance, and financial targets.
- Act as an Authorizing Engineer, applying Electrical Safety Rules and promoting safe working practices.
- Mentor and train teams and contractors on electrical safety and operational protocols.
- Use digital tools to monitor asset performance and drive uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with transmission and distribution operators on outage planning, grid compliance, and fault analysis.
