ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Take the lead on operational performance across multiple sites, working closely with O&M providers, landowners, and system operators
- Ensure safety standards are exceeded through close collaboration with QHSE teams and on-the-ground partners
- Track asset performance using advanced Asset Management Systems to drive uptime and operational excellence
- Be the primary point of contact for grid operators, handling switching, outage planning, and fault resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, service teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver on safety, performance, and financial KPIs
- Support and mentor contractors and internal colleagues on best practices, safety protocols, and performance initiatives
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- A background in engineering, asset operations, or renewables
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving improvement initiatives
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
