Barden has partnered with a leading MNC to recruit a Reporting Manager to take on a key leadership role in a newly created position within their top-tier finance team.

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting a Reporting Manager to join our Finance team – a high‑impact role that supports leadership. As part of the team coordinating all internal and external reporting for the division, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical financial insights, shaping divisional performance, and contributing to the smooth execution of major financial deliverables. The role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a global, fast‑moving finance organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including budgeting, strategic planning, trading updates and senior‑level presentations, while partnering across the business to provide clear financial insights on performance, forecasts, pricing and costs.
  • Work closely with finance teams to review financial results, resolve reporting queries, support decision‑making, and contribute to the division’s technology roadmap by helping shape improvements to reporting and consolidation tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, delivering ad‑hoc analysis for senior leadership, and leveraging BI tools to enhance the quality, speed and impact of financial insight.
  • Helping to design and implement financial reporting systems across the Group.
  • Contributing to various ad-hoc projects and continuous process enhancements.

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in practice and/or industry.
  • Strong experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, ideally with exposure to consolidation or reporting systems.
  • A highly collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder‑management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
  • Experience within international or PLC environments is highly beneficial.
  • A proactive self‑starter who can independently manage workflows, build trusted relationships and operate effectively in a fast‑moving, senior‑stakeholder environment.
