Barden have been exclusively engaged by an Irish Technology Manufacturing organisation to identify a qualified senior financial accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in North County Dublin they offer hybrid working (approx. 3 days a week in the office).
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes in a large company. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close and intercompany reconciliations for a number of entities
- Support in the preparation of board reporting packs and management accounts
- Perform ongoing financial analysis on inventory movements and margins
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
- Support in the preparation of board reporting packs and management accounts
- Ad-hoc projects as they arise
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ of professional accounting experience
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA fully qualified is essential
- Prior experience in manufacturing, inventory or intercompany is an advantage
- Organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset
