Barden are excited to partner with a key client based in Dublin as they search for a Senior Analytics Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a team in its infancy where you can bring your ideas to life and have a meaningful impact on the Analytics landscape of this organisation. We are looking for someone with at least 8+ years experience in Data Analytics with previous leadership and managerial experience.
About this role:
- You will oversee the delivery of repeatable, scalable insight solutions across the group.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and tools that support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure insight delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives that support strategic priorities such as customer insight, pricing, and performance optimisation.
- Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.
- Lead the design and delivery of insight products that inform decision-making at all levels—from C- suite to operational leads.
About the person:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Proven experience within a fast-paced environment, in a leadership, managerial capacity
- Highly proficient in PowerBI
- A good understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and to influence executive-level stakeholders.
