Renowned internationally for their state‑of‑the‑art process system design and long‑standing partnerships with leading global manufacturers, this organisation is entering a significant new phase of growth. With headcount now exceeding 100 and major expansion underway, they are strengthening their senior management capability.
The Opportunity
- As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex, high‑value engineering programmes from concept development through detailed design, installation and commissioning.
- You will lead medium to large multidisciplinary engineering programmes, mentor and develop high‑performing engineering teams, own key client relationships and drive excellence across technical and commercial performance.
- You will influence how advanced process solutions are scoped, designed and delivered while contributing strategically to the organisation’s continued domestic and international expansion.

About You
You will bring 8–10 years’ experience in process or mechanical engineering within a regulated or technically demanding environment. You will have a strong background in the design and delivery of sophisticated process systems, a degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering, and demonstrated experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders. You are ambitious, commercially aware and motivated by ownership and influence.
