Here at Barden, we are excited to be partnering exclusively with an impressive business to identify a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role is a multifaceted one but the primary focus involves taking the lead on the continuous development and enhancement of the Company’s Board Reporting process. This role has emerged due to the company’s ongoing expansion and growth plans.
Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, this is a high-profile role which will give lots of exposure across the business. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, be passionate about partnering with business stakeholders and have strong Powerpoint/Power BI skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Assist with the development of a monthly KPI dashboard and reporting pack utilized in driving management decision making
- Prepare and distribute standard monthly financial reporting packs with supporting analysis to present to CEO, CFO and Senior Management Team
- Ensure all financial data presented to the Board complies with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and is free from material errors
- Assist with the preparation of investor/shareholder/lender presentations
- Compile, review, and present financial reports, including key metrics, variance analysis, and strategic insights, to provide the Board with a clear understanding of the company’s financial health
- Partner with senior executives, department heads, and external advisors to gather insights and inputs for Board reporting
- Track and report on financial performance against key benchmarks, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to guide Board strategy discussions
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Be responsible for special projects and analysis as required by the business
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with minimum 4 years PQE in a multi-national business
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Tools
- Excellent report writing skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and deal with key stakeholders in the business.
- Organized and strong planning ability essential along with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach towards business issues
