ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Leverage financial tools and automation to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and provide key insights for decision-making.
- Take full ownership of financial control, group consolidations, and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows to support the company’s continued scaling.
- Collaborate across FP&A, Operations, Legal, and Procurement to align financial strategy with business objectives.
- Contribute to group-wide initiatives, including due diligence on potential acquisitions and other strategic growth opportunities.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 8–10+ years post-qualified experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth setting.
- Skilled in implementing financial automation tools and navigating private equity-backed environments.
- Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and provide strategic financial insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, advanced Excel proficiency, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
