Barden are delighted to work with our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Organisation to assist in their search for a Senior IAM Engineer with a specific focus on SailPoint to join a dynamic team driving cutting-edge Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for a global enterprise.
This role is pivotal in shaping secure, scalable IAM strategies while ensuring compliance with key regulations (SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR).
About the Role:
- Lead implementation and integration of IAM tools (SailPoint, IGA, Access Management).
- Conduct user access reviews and ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA, PCI, etc.
- Develop scripts (Java/BeanShell) and automate IAM processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardise security best practices.
- Troubleshoot, document, and optimize IAM systems.
About the Person:
- 3+ years SailPoint (deep technical expertise required).
- 5+ years IAM engineering, including Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Location: Primarily remote, 1-2 quarterly trips to Cork.
