About the Role:
As an Senior Statutory Reporting Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the preparation and review of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, lead cross-functional coordination, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements for multiple legal entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
- Support VAT and Intrastat calculations and filings.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to KPI development.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, tax, and operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) qualification.
- Proven experience in statutory reporting within a multinational environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and statutory reporting tools (e.g., Workiva).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
