The position is broad in scope, covering tax compliance, reporting, M&A, transfer pricing, and project work.

About the position
- Support with the preparation of tax compliance and group tax reporting including corporate tax returns and Pillar 2 returns for the EMEA group, working with external tax advisors in this regard
- Support with tax audits and controversy for the EMEA group as they arise.
- Involvement on M&A activities to support the growth of the group and support the team on commercial transactions and restructures.
- Work with the EMEA and Global Tax team and third-party advisors to maintain and prepare support for local transfer pricing documentation for the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the EMEA tax team on broader tax automation projects and ad hoc advisory matters.
- Develop relationships across the business including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal and Operations to ensure alignment on tax requirements and support business activities.
About the person
- 3+ years tax experience gained in a top tier professional services firm
- An appetite to learn and develop across different areas of tax and within a commercial industry
- Excellent communication skills, keen to develop relationships with non tax colleagues and work across a global organisation
