As a key member of the senior tax team, you will report to the Head of Tax and play a pivotal role in developing and growing the Irish tax practice. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver high quality advisory services and support business development initiatives to expand the firm’s footprint in Ireland.

About the position
- Lead and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals.
- Deliver a proactive and commercially focused tax service to a diverse client base.
- Manage engagement delivery, budgets, risks, and client communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a technical expert in Irish and international corporate tax.
- Contribute to practice development, process improvements, and strategic projects.
About the person
- CTA tax advisor with 1-3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
- Detailed working knowledge of Corporation Tax with a good understanding of other taxes in Ireland such as VAT, personal and employment taxation.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client needs.
- A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to leverage technology and innovative solutions to drive business success
