Providing routine tax compliance work to high end innovative tax planning solutions across diverse sectors on local and international corporate tax matters as the ever changing need to remain tax compliant continues at pace.

About the position
- Manage the tax compliance matters for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Advise on the tax implications of transaction structures, identifying risks, opportunities, and strategies to optimise tax outcomes.
- Design and implement innovative structuring solutions tailored to client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to align transaction structures with business and tax considerations.
- Oversee tax due diligence processes for M&A transactions, ensuring comprehensive identification and assessment of tax risks and opportunities.
- Assess the tax implications of cross-border transactions and advise on international tax planning opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance technical and professional development.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Skills and attributes:
- ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified;
- Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to identify opportunities for clients;
- Approachable and respected member of the team who takes a proactive interest in the team’s performance and wellbeing;
- Capable of working on your own initiative while taking responsibility and ownership for wider team issues;
