About the Role
As Partner, you’ll take responsibility for driving commercial success and leading a high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on growth, client relationships, and operational excellence. You’ll set the vision and standards for the business, ensuring strong financial performance while fostering a culture aligned with the firm’s values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue and profitability.
- Lead and mentor senior team members, creating a high-performing culture.
- Oversee tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring technical excellence across corporate tax, and succession planning.
- Provide strategic tax advice on complex transactions, including M&A and restructuring.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering tailored tax solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Promote the firm’s tax expertise and services to enhance reputation and generate new business opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing and business development strategies to support growth.
About the Person
You bring a strong professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent),Proven leadership experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex client relationships are essential. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and have a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
