An opportunity for a tax manager and senior tax manager to join the Corporate Tax team of a big 4 firm. This team supports Irish-headquartered PLCs and large corporates by delivering tax structuring advice, tax technology solutions, and end-to-end compliance services.

About the position
- Partnering with Heads of Tax and senior leaders, you will help shape and execute tax strategy and advise on the tax implications of key business decisions — from acquisitions and disposals to international expansion, tax-efficient financing, and broader consulting matters.
- The team also support clients in selecting and implementing the right tax technology tools to streamline compliance and reporting. A key part of the teams work involves helping organisations prepare for and respond to evolving legislation and policy developments, including the introduction of the Pillar Two regime.
- Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Championing strong risk management and compliance standards.
- Collaborating effectively across teams, geographies, and cultures.
- Contributing to talent attraction, development, and retention within the firm.
About the person
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax consulting and/or compliance.
- Strong academic background, holding a degree in any discipline, along with an AITI/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse market trends, draw meaningful insights, and support clients in making informed, innovative decisions.
- Proven relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different people and situations to foster strong, diverse connections.
- A creative mindset, able to contribute fresh ideas and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in coaching, supporting, and developing others
