About the Role
This is a senior leadership position focused on shaping and growing the tax offering. Working closely with fellow Partners and Directors, you will combine deep technical expertise with commercial insight, taking responsibility for client relationships, people leadership and the continued development of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the tax function, driving performance and commercial outcomes
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
- Deliver strategic tax advice across corporate tax, succession planning, M&A and restructuring
- Mentor and develop senior tax professionals, fostering a high‑performing culture
- Contribute to business development, marketing and firm‑wide growth initiatives
- Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance and technical standards
About You
You will be ACA, ACCA, CTA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience operating at Director or Partner level, or ready to step into such a role. Commercially astute and strategically minded, you will bring strong leadership capability and a track record of advising clients on complex tax matters.
