We are supporting a well‑established accountancy and advisory firm in the Munster region, currently looking to add a Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to its growing tax team. This role would suit someone keen to deepen their advisory exposure while continuing to build strong client relationships.
This is a modern, regionally focused accountancy practice with strong links to the local SME community and access to wider national expertise. About the Role
Working as part of an established taxation team, you will support a varied client base across personal and corporate tax matters. The role offers a mix of compliance and advisory work, exposure to interesting assignments, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced managers and partners in a hands‑on environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns
- Supporting clients on tax planning and advisory matters
- Assisting with international tax and VAT queries
- Involvement in Revenue audits and correspondence
- Responding to technical queries and carrying out tax research
- Supporting and mentoring trainees and junior team members
About You
- ACA, ACCA and or CTA qualified, or operating at Senior level with strong tax experience
- Background in small to mid‑sized or Big 4 practice
- Confident dealing with clients and building trusted relationships
- Keen to progress technically and broaden advisory exposure
- Enjoys working as part of a close‑knit, team‑based environment
