Barden is partnering with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin currently building out its Tax team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to get in at the ground floor with an expanding and busy practice within the firm.

The role
You’ll be joining a recently appointed and highly reputed senior leadership team in handling complex and high-value tax matters across both transactional and contentious areas, providing tailored, commercially focused tax advice to a wide range of clients.
You’ll advise on a diverse mix of matters from a Tax perspective, including:
- M&A, corporate finance, and group restructurings (domestic and international);
- Establishing new company headquarters in Ireland and supporting inward investment;
- Property transactions and succession planning;
- Revenue interactions, negotiations, investigations, and litigation.
The person
- Irish qualified Solicitor with a specialisation in Tax Law;
- While the firm is open to considering solicitors at various levels of post-qualification experience, the role is particularly suited to those with approximately 1–5 years’ PQE;
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax law, with experience advising on corporate or transactional tax matters, ideally with a mix of advisory and contentious work experience.
