This role offers hybrid working arrangements with an expectation to work from the Dublin office twice a week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Develop and implement tax technology solutions to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
- Manage and support tax technology projects.
- Provide insights and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements for automation.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and technology trends to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Develop skills in AI, data science, RPA, and machine learning relevant to the tax technology team.
- Train and support team members on tax technology tools and processes.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least four years’ tax experience, ideally in a technology/transformation role.
- A Chartered Tax Advisor and/or Qualified Accountant.
- Experience using Python/Java advantageous.
- An enthusiasm for optimising efficiencies.
- A passion for owning projects and delivering within defined timeframes.
