An opportunity to join the Transfer Pricing team of a leading global innovator.
As Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with global tax regulations and transfer pricing policies.
This role offers the chance to work across international operations, contributing to strategic transfer pricing initiatives.
Ideally this will suit a Transfer Pricing professional with at least 6 years’ experience.
Flexible working arrangements with an expectation to collaborate in person at the Dublin City office 2-3 times a week.
This is a 12-month contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage reporting obligations across different countries, including preparing OECD-compliant documentation like master files, local files, and benchmarking studies.
- Provide advice to business and finance teams on transfer pricing implications of new business models or changes to existing ones.
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing methodologies, policies, and internal documentation to ensure compliance.
- Proactively track evolving business practices and international tax laws to align the company’s transfer pricing accordingly.
- Prepare financial models for proposed and existing transfer pricing policies and calculate intercompany recharges on a quarterly basis.
- Create documentation of intercompany transactions for internal compliance and external tax filing requirements.
- Prepare annual transfer pricing documentation for tax returns and compliance with OECD/BEPS and US IRS standards.
- Conduct interim testing to confirm intercompany profits fall within acceptable ranges.
- Assist with handling tax authority audits on transfer pricing issues, including responding to requests and developing defence strategies.
- Handle transfer pricing for new acquisitions, including due diligence, integration into existing models, and managing intercompany loan pricing and benchmarking.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least six years’ experience.
- Accounting and/or Tax qualification advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in financial transactions and intercompany loans advantageous.
- Excellent communicator and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders.
