As Treasury Manager, you will become a key member of a high-performing finance team, taking ownership of group-wide treasury operations.
Strong project management abilities and technical expertise in treasury systems are essential, as you will lead key transformation initiatives — including the selection and implementation of a new Treasury Management System.

About the position
- Lead global cash management activities, including positioning, forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding strategy development.
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, such as bank account management, intercompany financing, and foreign exchange oversight.
- Design and implement global cash pooling structures while enhancing banking relationships for operational efficiency.
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System
- Identify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including the assessment, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Partner with IT, finance, and external vendors to automate manual processes and ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with ERP platforms.
- Identify and lead opportunities to enhance digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth.
About the person
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multinational organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting treasury system implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of global cash management, FX, liquidity structures, and banking systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross functional and evolving environment.
- Takes initiative and ownership, with a focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for process and system optimisation.
