As a Wealth Manager Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Managers by providing expert administrative assistance and ensuring smooth client interactions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Providing high standard of administration support to a team of Wealth Managers.
- Assisting Wealth Managers in conducting thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Compiling comprehensive post-meeting reports for each client and offering support in advising on a range of financial products and services, including pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Staying current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date support to Wealth Managers.
- Ensuring compliance with new product implementation and ongoing client communications.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
- Actively identifying sales opportunities from inbound enquiries and communications with various teams.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- The ideal person will be outgoing, energetic, and possess strong administrative and financial services experience.
- 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry in an administrative or client-facing role.
- QFA certification is desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable support.
- Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
