Barden are delighted to partner with a highly regarded Consultancy firm to identify a Workplace Investigations Lead to join their team on a full-time basis. This person will work with an established team, investigating various workplace incidents for key clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Leading workplace and protected disclosure investigations, ensuring thorough and impartial case handling.
- Preparing detailed project reports and deliverables for senior leadership review (Director/Partner level).
- Supporting broader HR initiatives, including training programmes, recruitment activities, and strategic projects.
- Assisting with business development efforts such as preparing tender submissions, contributing to marketing initiatives, and participating in client pitch presentations.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members to support their development and performance.
- Involved in the financial and operational management of the team, including budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, WIP tracking, and debtor oversight.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Proven track record in conducting complex workplace and protected disclosure investigations.
- Familiarity with broader employee relations issues, employment law, and general HR practices is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while managing multiple projects across a varied client portfolio.
- Strong report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
