- A 10% increase of base salary for recently qualified accountants working across practice
- 50% of respondents have received a promotion in the last 3 years
- 22% of respondents have moved jobs, to a new organisation, in the last 12 months
- 50% have received promotions in the last 3 years
- 85% have had a significant pay rise in the last 3 years
