Curious about working with our team in Barden? Here’s how to take the first step….

Demand for Talent Is Outstripping Supply (1)

Want to be a part of the next generation of recruiters in Ireland? Want to be a part of defining what the recruitment profession is over the coming years?  Want to be a part of changing what people expect from recruitment?  Then you’ve come to the right place.

Right now we’re getting ready for the future and we’re interested in speaking with people, at a variety of levels, to be a part of making that future happen. Our teams include:

  • Financial Services – ideally someone with an asset/investment management or similar background looking to make a career change into recruitment OR an experience FS recruitment professional.  Dublin or Cork.
  • IT/Tech – ideally someone with a background in IT recruitment that has experience in either the Dublin or Cork markets.  Our Tech team is effectively fully remote so you can work from anywhere in Ireland if you have prior knowledge of the Dublin or Cork markets.  Our Tech team is established and about to go through a stage 2 growth phase – never a better time 😉
  • Accounting  – ideally a qualified accountant looking to make a career change into recruitment OR an experienced qualified accountant recruitment professional. Dublin.

Some other stuff that you might like to know:

We’re moving to a 2:2:1 working model over the coming months – 2 days in the office, 2 days home and 1 day flexible depending on the needs of the business.  We don’t need people to do BD (unless you really want to, otherwise our Partners handle that) and we don’t do KPIs  (we’re a qualitative not quantitative firm). We’re introducing a flexible benefits package that will be the envy of the recruitment profession at the end of Q4.  We’ve personal, and team-based profit share structures in place that are unique to recruitment.   But, most importantly, our people are best in practice, look after each other, and are proud to work with each other and with Barden – that’s not unique, but it is rare.

If you’re curious about Barden then let Ed Heffernan know (ed.heffernan@barden.ie) and you can arrange a discovery call with Ed to understand a little more about what we do and how we might be able to craft a role that works for you in our emergent business.  Easy.
