A little about the opportunity:
Following the appointment of a new Group General Counsel earlier in 2021 and a Legal Counsel shortly afterwards, Applegreen are now taking the next step in the appointment of a Junior Corporate Counsel. The opportunity will provide exposure across a wide variety of areas including commercial contracts, corporate/M&A, dispute resolution, property, corporate governance, employment law, regulatory compliance and general legal advice.
Not only does the role afford significant exposure across group activities in USA, UK and Ireland, it also will involve working closely with the executive team and will enjoy unrivalled access to the founders of the business and their leadership team.
