Right now we’re working with the Head of Commerical with one of Ireland’s largest Plcs to help identify a number of ambitious, articulate and clued-in finance professionals to take on high-impact, high visibility, commercial finance roles in Dublin. Opportunities like these just don’t come around every day.
Working with a circa 50-person commercial team these roles will be integral to all decision-making across 40 countries with activities ranging from profitability analysis to investment analysis to scenario-based and strategic planning. You’ll not be behind the desk all of the time with this team – you’ll have a seat at the table and get the chance to learn from, and influence, some of the highest-profile people in Irish business. If you’re not ambitious then this is definitely not for you.
Sure, your qualifications are valuable, but they’re not critical. What’s critical is your attitude and ability. If you trained in a Big 4 or equivalent firm – great! Great academics, 1st-time pass, high-performance rating – for this, they’re all assumed. What department you trained in is not important, it’s your ability to influence that’s important. The best work with the best after all.
If you’re recently qualified (we’ve roles at newly qualified up to circa 2 years PQE) and up for a career-defining challenge then we should talk.
