In Barden, we’re delighted to be acting on behalf of an innovative and dynamic management consulting firm to help them build out their change management practice, to support multiple clients nationally.
- Are you an early career professional (be it in HR, Finance, Legal, Project Management, Technology, or indeed any other corporate function) who has supported a project or change program in recent years?
- Did you enjoy the project/change management work?
- Have you often wondered since about trying to have a career in the change/project management space?
If you are a YES to all three of the above, then we should talk.
With roles at various levels, the broad scope of the activity will include participating in:
- Applying Structured Methodologies to Change: use proven methodologies and firm guidelines to manage change effectively and drive material organisational shifts.
- Formulating Strategy: contribute to devising change strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Developing Role-Based Plans: create plans tailored to specific roles within the organisation, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to business as usual.
Right now, we have multiple opportunities for people to take on change management roles as part of a significant change program with a large Irish multinational. Roles exist at various levels depending on your experience but will involve:
- An initial 6-month contract but with a strong view to permanency in time.
- Based out of Cork you would spend 1-2 days per week on-site in Dublin (all expenses paid) working closely with the client team and gaining exceptional practical experience in change management.
- Clearly defined long-term career path for people who are successful with the initial engagement.
These are ideal roles for early career professionals who want to create a future for themselves in Change Management.
Curious? I wouldn’t blame you. Drop Jane Olden (jane.olden@barden.ie) a line and Jane and her team will look after things from there. Simple.
