Brian Bobbett ACA | Financial Accountant | Fulfil
Brian Bobbett ACA is a Financial Accountant at Fulfil. He joined the company in August 2022 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and completed his training contract with KPMG.
Prior to joining KPMG Brian completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, Business Management with Maynooth University in 2018.
Ed Heffernan | Managing Partner | Barden Ireland
Ed Heffernan is Managing Partner of Barden Ireland. In 2014 he founded Barden, with Elaine Brady. He has worked for many years in recruitment both locally and internationally, within the accounting and tax space.
Ed has worked with 1000s of accountants nationally on career moves and is a regular contributor to industry publications, including Accountancy Ireland & Accountancy Plus.
A UCC grad Ed holds a number of qualifications in personnel management, human resources and later completed an MBA with Trinity College Dublin.

Grace Tighe | Chair | Chartered Accountants Student Society
Grace Tighe is Chair of the Chartered Accountants Student Society Ireland and is a Senior Associate with PwC.
Prior to undertaking her Chartered Accountants Ireland qualification Grace completed a Bachelor of Commerce with University College Dublin. In 2019 she joined PwC as a Banking, Insurance and Aviation Finance Associate. From there Grace progressed to the role of Senior Associate with PwC.
Grace also held the title of Chairperson with the Chartered Accountants Student Society Ireland. Before this she held the office of Education Officer where she liaised with students to provide support surrounding education and general queries and created and delivered education reports based on student feedback to the team the Institute.
Matt Coughlan | Director of Global Finance Services | Flutter Entertainment Plc
Matt Coughlan is a Chartered Accountant and works as Director of Global Finance Services with Flutter Entertainment Plc.
He graduated from University College Dublin in 2002 having completed a Bachelor of Commerce before completing a Masters in Management Science in Smurfit Business School in UCD. Upon completing his studies Matt joined Accenture as an Analyst, where he progressed through the roles of Consultant and Manager.
Matt joined KPMG in November 2010 where he undertook a training contract and completed his professional accountancy exams with Chartered Accountants Ireland. He progressed to the role of Audit Manager with KPMG before moving to PaddyPower plc In August 2015.
Starting as Finance Project Manager, Matt has had a number of roles including as Financial Controller – Group Treasury and Head of Finance Integration & Value Capture, before taking on the role of Director of Global Finance Services in Sept 2021.
Rose Joseph ACA
Rose Joseph ACA will be qualified as a Chartered Accountant in October 2022, having completed her training contract with Deloitte. During her time in Deloitte she held the roles of Audit Associate and Audit Senior.
Prior to joining Deloitte Rose worked as an Assistant Financial Accountant (part-time) with Divine Word Missionaries in Dublin, while completing her Master’s Degree in accounting and finance with Maynooth University in 2019.
Siobhan Sexton ACA | Business Lead | Expert in Recently Qualified Accounting, Tax & Practice Careers | Barden Cork
Originally from Cork, Siobhán Sexton ACA trained in KPMG Cork in the Tax Department and she is ACA qualified since 2017.
Siobhán also worked as part of the Management Consulting team in KPMG Dublin during her training contract. She worked predominantly on pharmaceutical, IT and construction clients.
This experience gives her a unique insight into the finance, accounting and professional service markets.
Following the completion of her training contract with KPMG, Siobhán joined Barden Dublin in March 2017 as part of the Recently Qualified Accountants team.
In 2018 she took a sabbatical to travel to and work in Canada. During her time in Canada Siobhán worked with both Michael Page and Robert Walters Recruitment. On returning to Ireland, Siobhán relocated to her hometown of Cork and now works with our Recently Qualified Accountants team in Barden Cork.
