Denis Galvin ACCA | Expert in Mid-Senior Accountants Careers | Barden Munster
Denis Galvin is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has spent over 10 years across practice, multinational and start up environments. Denis joined Barden in August 2018 and leads the Mid – Senior market in Barden Munster
Denis completed an undergrad in Computer Science & Economics in UCC. Following that he went on to complete his ACCA exams through practice, working with Roberts Nathan in Cork, before making the move into industry. Denis then went on to gain his PQE in industry, working specifically with Apple, Netgear and Genesis, enabling him to gain experience across global and European finance hubs and shared services, and also within a rapidly growing, Cork born, technology company.

Caroline Frawley ACA | Expert in Mid-Senior Accountants Careers | Barden Munster
Caroline Frawley is a Chartered Accountant who joined the Barden team in 2021. She works directly with the Mid-Senior Accounting Team to support accounting professionals in Cork and Munster. Before joining Barden Caroline held the role of Financial Controller with Hennessy Hair & Beauty. Prior to this she held senior and managerial roles in Westpac (Australia) and JPA Benson Lawlor (Dublin). Caroline holds a bachelor of commerce European (Spanish) from University College Cork (UCC).
Caroline’s extensive PQE across industry and financial services is invaluable when it comes to advising and supporting the accounting community in Munster.

Jonathan Olden | Managing Partner | Barden Cork
Jonathan Olden is Managing Partner of Barden Cork. He began his career in the legal sector, spending the first 6 years with one of Cork’s largest legal firms. During his time there he qualified as a solicitor and gained excellent and practical in-house experience advising and representing a range of clients.
In 2010 Jonathan moved to the recruitment sector specialising in finance recruitment. Since then he has recruited in Cork and Dublin, within the legal, accounting and finance space.
In 2017, together with Ed Heffernan and Elaine Brady, he established Barden Cork. He now leads a team of 8 recruitment experts covering accounting & tax, financial services, IT and legal recruitment.
