Cole Carroll | Associate Director | Operational Finance & Business Support | Barden Leinster
Cole Carroll is an Associate Director in the Operational Finance & Business Support division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
Cole started her studies with the Institute of Technology Carlow pursuing a BA (Hons) in Sports Management before transferring to Technological University Dublin while on a rugby scholarship to finish that degree. Cole is currently undertaking an executive MBA with Trinity College Dublin and is looking forward to bringing her learning into play with all the Barden stakeholders.
In her role as Associate Director, Cole manages a team of dedicated professionals, specialising in part-qualified accountants, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit control (up to Senior Manager levels), accounts assistants, and tactically important assignments for key clients on an exclusive basis.

Jodie Meehan | Associate | Operational Finance | Barden Leinster
Jodie Meehan is an Associate in the Part Qualified Accountants & Operational Finance division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing a BSc in Political Science and Government at UCC, Jodie commenced her professional career as a trainee legal costs accountant before joining Barden in November 2023. Her role focuses on advising and helping accounts payable, accounts receivable/credit control, and payroll professionals.

Phonsie Irwin | Associate| Part Qualified Accountants & Operational Finance| Barden Leinster
Phonsie Irwin is an Associate in the Part Qualified Accountants & Operational Finance team of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing school, Phonsie initially pursued a career in the horse racing industry, which led to an 18-month role in New Zealand. Upon returning to Ireland, he earned a degree in Psychology from DBS, supporting himself by working at OROKO Travel. When the pandemic impacted the travel sector, he transitioned into recruitment and spent two years specialising in technology industry placements before joining the Barden team in October 2024.
Phonsie focuses on advising and helping part-qualified accountants, accounts payable, accounts receivable/credit control, and payroll professionals.
