Barden are delighted to be supporting our client, an engineering company on a Sales/Purchasing administration role on their team
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage new and repeat sales enquiries, setting up templates, and inputting data for customer sales quotes
- Liaise with suppliers for part quotes and external finishing services
- Work in tandem with the Production team for enquiry input and scheduling
- Oversee the sales quote process via our ERP system, ensuring efficient communication with customers and suppliers
- Transition sales quotes into sales orders following customer approval
- Coordinate with the Production team to set estimated delivery dates
- Maintain job sheets and work order folders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included

- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales administration or related roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
