Cliodhna O’Brien is a Senior Associate with Barden’s Supply Chain Practice and joined Barden in 2018 as Barden’s first ever Graduate Associate in Cork.
Cliodhna holds a BA Applied Psychology from UCC and a M.Sc. in Work & Organisational Psychology (CIPD accredited), from University of Limerick. Throughout her Masters Cliodhna developed core competencies and professional skills in organisational theory, organisational change, employment relations, selection & assessment, training, employee wellbeing and research design and methods. Cliodhna has also been accredited by the British Psychological Society to conduct Psychometric Testing.
She is an integral part of the team in Cork and working directly with and helping Supply Chain professionals and business leaders.
Jonathan Olden is Managing Partner of Barden Munster. He began his career as solicitor, with one of Cork’s largest legal firms. During his time there he gained excellent experience advising and representing a range of clients. In 2010 Jonathan moved to the recruitment sector .In that period he recruited and lead teams in Cork and Dublin, within the legal, accounting and finance space.
In 2017, Jonathan founded Barden Munster with Ed Heffernan and Elaine Brady – since then Barden has grown organically into a hugely successful team of talent advisory & recruitment experts in Dublin and Cork.
He now leads a team of over 20 talent advisory and recruitment professionals covering accounting & tax, business support, financial services, legal, life sciences, supply chain and technology.

Bernardo Pina LLM
Bernardo Pina is a Partner with Barden’s Legal Practice. He is an expert in recruitment within the legal, company secretarial and data protection markets. He partners with and supports a variety of companies and clients across all industries, both in the private and public sector, with a particular focus on in-house legal roles. Bernardo is a qualified lawyer, having qualified in Portugal through a top tier law firm in the country. Before joining the world of recruitment he practiced in-house for 4 years with IBM and Parexel, two of the leading multinational companies within the technology and healthcare sectors.

Kiara has an undergrad in law from UCC, qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked with leading legal firms in Dublin before moving into recruitment in 2015. Kiara is a founding partner of Barden’s legal recruitment practice, is a subject matter expert in legal careers, regularly contributes to thought leadership on the future of the legal profession and advises CEOs and Legal leadership teams in Ireland on attracting and retaining world class legal teams.
